With the strong rumors continuing, regarding an impending sale of the project, and nearly 600 workers daily on site in Agua Viva, as well as the construction on custom homes, we certainly seem to be entering a very happy holiday season.  It is exciting for us to see the culmination of all the hard work and sacrifice put in by you, Beck, the contractors and TCC.

 

We, at Casa Mesquite, could not be happier, as it allows us to start delivering long awaited furniture to the first completed homes and to our customers.  In the past two weeks, we have already delivered six of our clients’ furniture, which made for happy homeowners and new friends.

 

In addition, first as a way of showing support for our many friends and neighbors who have suffered through these many months, we are offering an opportunity for new clients.  From the date of this letter through March 15th 2010, the following offer is available.  For those of you have never seen our fine furniture or who have not visited us in our Showroom in Loreto Bay, or who are now for the first time are working on furnishing your casa, we will pay for your air transportation from LAX to and from Loreto as well as your hotel room accommodation, up to 4 nights in Loreto Bay, when you purchase any full house Collection.  This amount will be credited to your order at the time of purchase.  Some restrictions do apply so please contact me personally for all of the exciting details.  This trip will include tours of some of your neighbors’ homes to see for yourself the beauty, quality, and care that we have taken to properly size our furniture for your casa.

 

Second, we are proud to announce a new collection named “Nueva Mission” to complement our other five current packages.  This grouping is still all solid wood with all of the quality that you have come to expect from Casa Mesquite.  However, because it is slightly smaller and a little simpler in design, we are planning on marketing it in the Arizona Market as well.  As a result, we are able to offer this collection for 15 – 20% less, depending on home model, than our least expensive package.  We are excited to offer another affordable option to you.
