To All Our Valued Friends, Clients and Neighbors,

 

We want to announce that we are closing our showroom in Loreto by December 15th of this year.  This is a business decision based on the completion of Agua Viva homes that were part of the Global Solution, the slowing of construction in Founder's custom areas, and the timeline  before Homex really gets their sales going.

 

It is with mixed feelings and a little sadness that with over 4 1/2 years and in excess of 230 clients under our belt in Loreto, we must now concentrate on other markets.  We are in the process of opening a showroom in Scottsdale Arizona as well as looking at other opportunities.  We are not leaving Loreto for good as we still have many customers in the Posadas who will be receiving their furniture as soon as their units are completed and some other custom homeowners who are still far from completion.  In addition, all of you are welcome to shop through our website.

 

Our last planned truck to Loreto, for the foreseeable future, will be the 3rd week of November.  In the interim, we are selling odds and ends still remaining in the Loreto showroom at greatly reduced prices.  If you need any fine furniture for your casa, this is a great opportunity.  As Paulina is working only part time, please email Joel for an appointment with her to see anything.
