Although the progress of the sale of the project certainly slowed from all earlier predictions last fall, it would certainly seem safe to say that the light at the end of the tunnel is getting much brighter and clearer.  Homes in Agua Viva are being turned over weekly, custom homes are under construction and the customs in Founders number over a dozen back under construction.  All of the owners, contractors, Beck, TCC and others deserve our congratulations for the huge progress over the past 6 months.

 

It is with a great deal of excitement that I am contacting you with some new developments at Casa Mesquite that create great and rare opportunities for you to have our team design and furnish your home in Loreto Bay with our fine custom furniture. 

 

First, we want to announce a new way to purchase a whole home package from us , but using a combination of website designs, magazine pictures, custom work done by us in Loreto and elsewhere, or combining the above with pieces from our other four collections.  We call it the “Create Your Own” package.  On the website, you will see examples of pieces that we have already designed and manufactured.  Please give us your ideas, pictures, designs, wood finish, dimensions and we will customize a money saving deal for you still utilizing our quality wood and artisans.

Finally, over the last 3 ½ years, we have collected in the showroom in Loreto, storage, in Agua Prieta, and in some space in Loreto, a number of pieces that we need to liquidate to create room for new offerings.  These are “floor samples”, some slightly damaged or scratched pieces and/or pieces collecting dust.  We will be liquidating this furniture at discounts of 20% – 25% off our regular prices.  Please let me know what you can use.
