Welcome to Casa Mesquite Terms and Conditions. This terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We at Casa Mesquite reserve the right to change these terms and conditions with out notice; and any change will take effect on the day they are posted on Casa Mesquite website. We encourage you to review them.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time the items are ordered and the contract is received, followed by the remaining 50% upon 10 day notice to customer that furniture is ready to be shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery time will be determined at time of purchase. After a time has been determined, time of delivery shall begin after the first deposit has been made.

Delivery of Goods

Delivery, Time of Delivery and Delivery Charge will be determined at time of purchase between Casa Mesquite and customer. At that time it will be determined who will be responsible and liable for the furniture during transportation and installation.

Damage on Delivery

Casa Mesquite will make every effort to ensure that the product that you purchase arrive undamaged.

In the event of damage on delivery you must report this problem immediately and make notes on delivery recipe. Depending on the arrangement that was made at time of purchase Casa Mesquite will make every effort to repair or replace the items.

In the event of Customer assuming responsibility for freight and installation at time of purchase, Casa Mesquite will provide as much help as possible.
