Furniture Warranty
Our furniture is handcrafted by Mexico’s finest craftsmen; using a life long tradition of techniques and knowledge which result in unique and beautiful furniture with excellent workmanship.

For that same reason Casa Mesquite, Inc. (Casa Mesquite) is honored to back its product with a three year limited warranty to the original buyer for residential use and one year limited warranty for commercial use on material defect and workmanship. Casa Mesquite promises to the original buyer to repair or replace any furniture in a reasonable amount of time.

Exclusions
Products that were not transported or installed by Casa Mesquite or products that were not used or maintained in a proper way, misused, neglected, abused, or exposed to extreme weather conditions are excluded from this warranty.

This warranty does not include any liability subsequent to property damage.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear which is expected over the course of ownership.

Incidental Costs. Casa Mesquite is not responsible for any incidental charge such as phone charges, time lost from work etc.

Third Party Warranties. Casa Mesquite carries furniture and components by other manufacturers. Third party products also include manufacturer’s warranties and coverage which are the sole responsibility of the manufacture and not Casa Mesquite.

Warranties do not apply on products purchase on as is basis or liquidation.

Professional delivery and installation by Casa Mesquite is required.

Casa Mesquite will honor the warranties on products not manufactured by Casa Mesquite according to each manufactures guidelines and conditions when products are purchase from us.
